We are QAP (Quarantine Approved Premises) 4.3, 4.6, 14.4 and 11.2 accredited for imported goods. It is important that a professional Biosecurity is completed so that Australia can manage bio-security risks and asses the goods and provide the necessary documentation. We offer this service at our site using our equipment and our trained staff to make importing that requires a Biosecurity wash as convenient as possible.
Our fully accredited Biosecurity wash facilities are for the convenience of our clients who require it. Anyone importing anything that requires biosecurity or has been flagged as requiring biosecurity can take advantage of this add on service to FCL delivery.
Our equipment is purpose built to meet the strict biosecurity standards of the AQIS (Australian Quarantine Inspection Services). Our equipment can be used for any size job no matter how big or small. We can provide a Biosecurity wash for heavy machinery, agricultural machinery, trucks, and cars. Once your customs broker has lodged the necessary paperwork for your import consignment we will perform a Biosecurity wash so that your consignment can be declared safe to bring in to Australia.
Sometimes Biosecurity authorities will flag imported goods to be biosecurity. All timber products, including pallets constructed from timber, timber crates, and timber skids, must be treated in accordance with the ISPM (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures) regulations.
Biosecurity directions are issued after the customs broker has completed the necessary details for the item or goods being imported. Products that have a bio-security risk include timber, soil, plant matter, and animal matter.
