How our flat top can help you with container transport
We have flat top trailers as part of our transport fleet. With no sides or barriers to impede loading or unloading, a flat top is designed for a wide range of transporting tasks. A flat top can be attached to a truck or a dolly.
A flat top has three axels at the rear. Because of their simple design they can be used for heavy haulage and various cargo items.
If you need to transport shipping containers or any other cargo throughout south-east Queensland, DNV Transport have the means to help you do it. We’re located at the port of Brisbane and operate Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
We can help with container transport for OOG
OOG is an abbreviation for Oversized Out of Gauge. Typical oversized cargo includes specialise cargo such as portables, houses, and heavy machinery such as earth moving machinery and graders. OOG transport is used for cargo that doesn’t fit in a shipping container.
Exporting OOG
If you have specialised OOG cargo we can provide transport to pick it up from your building site or on location anywhere throughout the south-east Queensland region and deliver it to the relevant wharf at the port of Brisbane.
Importing OOG
We can arrange to pick up your OOG cargo from the wharf at Brisbane and deliver it to your destination anywhere throughout south-east Queensland.
Our container transport for bulk freight
We can help you prepare for export if you have individual items that require packing in a shipping container. We have our own warehouse at our port of Brisbane site where we can hold your items in storage until such time when there is enough for a container. When you’re ready to export our expert packing team can pack the cargo on pallets for you and load them into a shipping container.
We can also unpack your import container for you and hold your cargo at our Brisbane warehouse until you’re ready for it to be delivered in one delivery or as you require it.
